I don't see the difference between beating your children and letting them play cteball. Some of these parents actually enroll their kids in eggball at 6 years old. That's child abuse.

i love football but it's tough hearing stuff like this. i didn't even know randle el played baseball. maybe he chose football because he had a better chance of succeeding in the nfl?

That's what instantly jumped out to me. I remember dude in college. He didn't retire that long ago and he was a receiver, not a linemen or linebacker...taking and dishing out hits on almost every play.
Football is banned in my house once I have sons. Never even letting my daughters date football players. Never. Baseball, Tennis, Basketball and LaCrosse is as far as it goes. Football and Hockey is banned
