I responded in the CFA thread just fine and you continued to reiterate the same bullshyt after being presented with scale and utilitarian arguments. I'm not into repeating myself. Arguments require reading comprehension and point response. and you lack either.

nobody here takes you seriously for a reason breh, think on it.

:what: I got a bunch pos rep and daps without participating in any ass kissing threads or groups. People respect what i have to say cause it's real. Those such as yourself despise me cause i force you to look in the mirror and see your own faults.

I genuinely do find myself becoming more and more disgusted with fat people. Which is perplexing since I have fat friends. I guess that bit of contradiction gives the lie to the retort by whites that they have "black friends" whenever confronted with their bigotry. :leon:

stay salty, you look like Jabba the Hutt gone sunbathing

The divisions and arguments in nutrition mean that we dont. However, you can definitely drop to at least a decent weight by cutting some calories and getting exercise. I think at least that is undeniable, whatever you might have to say about macros or micronutrients or food reward or meal frequency.

The blue. I haven't jogged in 3 weeks because I'm hanging out with the family, but haven't gained more than 5 pounds because I been managing my diet.

I used to care a lot about this obesity epidemic on the grand scale. Somewhere along the line I realized there's way to many factors contributing and is best addressed on a person to person basis.

A lot of obesity is behavioral and lack of understanding, IME. You can give them all the information and advice in the world, but nothing will change unless they're willing to accept and apply it. Behavioral modifications aren't small feats either, especially when they don't see the NEED to change. Yes, I know numerous 6'1 300lb type people content with their weight.

"You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink"

I've dealt with these types for some time. Change is definitely easier said than done and has very little to do with these metabolism excuses. There are a lot of times where I feel a psychologist and a competent personal-trainer or life-coach can help more than a doc prescribing meds can for long term results.

This is such a loaded topic. :whew: Don't get me started on fitness industry standards and ethics. :snoop:

I couldn't agree with spliff anymore. 110% cosign

I mean tackling the obesity epidemic is really a complex subject because there's sohh many factors that contribute to why people are overweight, and it's not just as simple as of saying eat raw vegetables and do a couple push-ups.

I could throw out the stats about people who lose an X amount of pounds only to gain it back in a few months and than sum.

really needs to be some in depth studies about the psychological components that factor into the obesity epidemic. I've fallen victim to this type of entrapment too. I can't tell you how many times, I've created a certain goal for myself or achieved a certain physique only to briefly fall off, sort of into a mild depression. I would engage in binge eating. Diet :childplease: I didn't feel like working out anymore because I had done it all, part of me was dead in a sense. Essentially, the struggling part became the most memorable because it gave me the most joy. The feeling of being an underdog, going through triumph is indescribable(up there with getting head from a good chick). What got me back in shape, was the thought I was out of shape :flabbynsick:. I guarantee, a large percentage of people who were previously overweight, then lost the weight, but gained it back experienced this same type of syndrome.

My current solution to this is always keep setting different goals for yourself, sky's the limit.

This is also, why I'm reluctant to hopefully study neuroscience / neurology in the near future, sohh that I can address these concerns.

What really frustrates me, is when I see the kids who are overweight. Primarily the children in elementary school. There's no excuse for numerous adolescents to be borderline obese.

The solution, idk :manny: . We could start by enforcing some better legislation in this country.

And like Spliff said, again, it really comes down to how bad the individual wants to be in shape.

I think we should do a Health / Fitness podcast, where we address the obesity epidemic. Provide Solution( And talk about diets, workout regimes for people on the go / limit time / hoes :lolbron: etc)

I'm sure some cats from "the gym" would be down to participate(spliff, krack, myself, WBM,KoolgTrap and then Vic & Leyet might be down to drop their incites.... )

Fat people have a lot of nerve expecting to be treated the same as other humans.

Fat fukcs need to understand that the reason they are treated like shyt, is because they are shyt. They're the laziest, most disgusting, pathetic, no-self control having "people" on the planet. They're an embarrassment to human kind. Chimps have more self-discipline than them (and therefore deserve more respect).

If fat people want to be treated like humans they should start looking like more like humans and less like wilderbeasts. They can start by actually eating healthy food and going to the fukking gym. Its not that hard you disgusting fukcs.

:wow:

You and Spliff hit the nail on the head. With diet and exercise, even if youre giving it your all as an beginning/intermediate bodybuilder its always a battle 2 steps forward, 1 step back. Dieting can definitely cause people to lapse and binge very easily, I see it in tons of individuals and I cant tell you how many of my brehs havent gotten what they could out of a cut because they couldnt manage it. i've definitely fukked a couple up myself not getting my macros right or going out and getting drunk and eating chicken tenders with my friends and shyt (:lolbron:) and thats natural. People dont wanna restrict themselves. And theres a reason people fail to make weight so often in fight sports: cutting fukking sucks, people get cranky as fukk, depressed, lethargic... And those are trained, paid, often highly motivated athletes, not everyday people! :dwillhuh: This is why i like some of what Marks Daily Apple has to say about food reward and such; i think its extremely relevant, especially in our current environment where hidden calories are everywhere, and it can be very different to manage your macronutrient intake unless you are handling the numbers YOURSELF.

Read what I posted again. I just re-posted that hateful shyt Kool g trap said and interchanged homo with fat. Why is my statement wrong but his acceptable?
You are bragging about getting reps and dap on a hip-hop forum for making homophobic and hateful statements as if that was the general consensus of America when in reality your views are on the fringe. That's comedy.
