More help than any superstar in NBA history? Kobe played with Shaq for the first 8 years of his career and KD was on a 73 win team. MJ’s Bulls were a 50+ year team when Jordan was playing baseball.

Bron spent his first 8 years playing with bums.

STOP IT. Kobe wasn't in his prime during the draft when they got Shaq, they built it together. You can't be serious about the Bulls, they built it. Jordan is Jordan
Well, KD :pachaha: you got that one thou but he did what LeBron did with Miami Heat.

LeBron did with 3 times :mjlol:

I even said No won this trade, IMO

Why? We weren't giving up the farm for dude like the Lakers just did.:picard:
These comments make me laugh :russ: dudes were laughing at ingram and lonzo all year long. Now that they got traded all of a sudden lakers lost some really good player :dead: even though there is a big dropoff in talent outside of top 3 some are even saying that 4th pick might land a team better player than Zion :mjlol:

AD is easily a top 10 player in the league you need to give up someone valuable to get him. Look at danny ainge, he holding onto his farm of assets and he about to lose kyrie for nothing and completely missed getting kawhi or AD.

Fair point but I'm talking about. Not getting 1st pick to have Zion Williams, Kyrie might go to Nets, KD ain't playing for a season, AD goes to Lakers.....WHO YOU GOT?

This traded reminds me of dumb ass Knicks gave up 8 players for fukking MELO :laff:

:dahell:

Lebron had superteams in Miami, wasn’t nobody sympathizing with paul George or Derrick rose

He left Miami to make a new superteam (half of basketball fans were calling Kevin love the best pf in the game at the time of that trade) and kyrie was a young gawd

We gotta stop pretending like lebron hasn’t spent several years being in much better situations than his peers

EXACTLY!

Let's see who else the Lakers sign. Giving up that much for a guy rarely works out.

Y’all really think Kawhi about to go play the two, AD(I don’t play center) Bron(I’m a small forward) and take the back seat to them nikkas. Y’all wilding with that logic.

Hell no. He isn't going to play with them . He loves to play against them. You saw the way he plays in Toronto Raptors and they crown him The King of the North, he loves be a leader.

How do you know the 2022 draft is gonna be amazing? You're talking about a bunch of current 15-16 year olds. :dahell:

Not only that, LA's pick is incredibly unlikely to be at the top of that draft. :dahell:
Not because of who will be in it, it’s like a combination of two drafts, even if you combine two weak drafts that’s a lot of players.

Think about it like this, if you combine this year and last year draft somebody like Shai would go in the 20s because you have all these talented or highly rated guys. The back end of the first round would be like the mid to late lottery because of the high school rule being lifted.

I'm on board with building through the draft and non-superstar free agents. Big names off the table? Cool. Continue building through the draft and dont waste capspace overpaying bums. The days of bullshyt trades like the Melo one are done.
