Basically LA keeps the 2020 pick. If the Lakers are a lottery team in LeBron's last year in 2021 the pick goes to NO, if outside the top 8 LA keeps the 2021 pick and NO will get the 2022 pick instead. LA will get the lesser of the two picks in 2023 and the 2024 is unprotected. If NO doesn't like the 2024 pick they have the right to pick up the 2025 instead.
