Perspective? :bryan:

The deal is a no-brainer, which is why it’s on the table, along with four others. Long-term, AD would be the future of the franchise, regardless of what happens while Lebron is there.

You know what happens short term? You’ve got two of the 10 best players in the world on your team, with room to add one more with players like KD, Kawhi and Klay hitting the market.

aka you take your chances.

Perspective. You have the perspective of a car door mirror. :russ:
Only for AD to complain about not having a winner around him if they can't build a proper team when Lebron is gone? Like I said before, as good as AD is, his teams haven't done shyt. That alone shows you the importance of

1) building the right team around your best players
2)having the capability to do so

W/out the right team around your best players, they will fall short because they will have to work harder than everybody else because instead of passing to a guy who can hit an open spot they are passing to a guy who builds brick houses for a living.

That's all I'm saying. If you don't agree then agree to disagree.

The Lakers have to worry about all that bullshyt in some shape or form even if they don’t get AD. So why would it stop them from shipping those four youngsters out??

You don’t even have a point. You already said it wouldn’t stop you from making the deal. Youre just talking about shyt that doesn’t matter to be heard.

Kuzma doesnt suck. Neither does Ingram or Ball. You not gonna get a current all-star back, in a deal like this, young pieces and a lottery pick is what you will end up with.

Kuzma does suck. He’s a low IQ chucker

What’s good about these players that NO should rush to trade for them?

You are overthinking this....

This is a star driven league. LeBron can get to the playoffs with literally any team around him. If you put another elite player next to him then you have a chance against nearly everyone. Its not a hard concept. You get two elite guys and then fill in the gaps. Its literally the same thing they did in Miami.

Once Bron is gone they hand the keys to AD, and the plan would be to bring in another star player.

I do have a point. You never give up more than you have to or you risk overgutting the team. I used Davis' situation in NO as an example. As great as he is, it's not enough. His team is a non-playoff team yet he is a top 5 player. He had Mirotic, Holiday last year and got to the 2nd round but now Rondo is gone from that roster and you can't make the playoffs? Personnel is important no matter what stars you have.

This is a star driven league yes. But you need a team to win a championship. I'm sure the Lakers will find good pieces to fit around AD and Lebron w/ tragic magic there.

Blahblahblahblah.

I asked you if you were the Lakers GM and the Pels said “give us those four players and it’s a deal,” whether you would say no based on your “point”. You said of course not.

That makes your point irrelevant. Which was my point. Stop talking for the sake of talking.

I would only do that deal if the Pelicans ask for it. I'm not going to offer four players right off the bat when I could have only offered 2 or 3. If they say 2 or 3 is not enough, then you bump it up. You think I'm speaking a lot of blah blah and I even said agree to disagree yet you continue to respond to me.

What other team can offer 4 young good players and a potential lottery pick right now other than the Lakers? Only the Celtics can match that package and right now Kuzma is playing just as well as Tatum.
