Boston is automatically out because they'd have to trade Kyrie if they want AD now (Rose Rule) so that makes no sense for them.
Knicks have assets too but if they trade Knox and 2019 1st they're risking it all on getting KD/Kyrie/Kawhi in FA so they can have a big 3 in NY. If they don't, AD is gone because Knicks won't have a competitive roster and it'd be the same situation as New Orleans. They're also tanking right now so it'd be weird to shift gears mid-season. So I don't expect the Knicks to offer that great a package, maybe just Frank + Robinson + 1st rd picks years down the line + filler
Evaluating the options then, the Pels have to consider whether they want to rebuild or keep a solid team like the Clippers. If they want a complete rebuild, the only 2 teams that can offer good rebuild packages (they'd also be dealing Jrue somewhere else):
12 mil in cap relief and 3 of Ball/Ingram/Kuzma/Hart/Zubac/1st rd pick is hands down the best rebuild package they can get
+ Sixers throw in a 1st rd pick
12 mil in cap relief + Fultz + a rookie 1st-rounder in Zhaire + a 1st rd pick isn't bad but Lakers can easily beat that out. Which is why Sixers might have to go this route:
+ Sixers throw in a 1st rounder. This gives Pels a star player and a lot of cap flexibility as well as solid young pieces (sophomore no. 1 pick and a rookie 1st-rounder)
Raps can also offer
+ Raps 1st-round pick, but Lakers can easily beat that if they wanted to
Bucks, Houston, OKC, and Spurs would then all be offering pieces that keeps the Pels afloat with Jrue in the picture
