They offered all of that and they're still balking? That's fairly shortsighted because Ainge is isn't giving up that much in the summer. Demps job is to get the organization as much as possible, not spite the Lakers. I guess that nikka knows he's getting let go soon, so he'll probably trade him to some team for a borderline All star and a couple of heavily protected picks.
The Pelicans know that they'll still get decent offers in the offseason once the Knicks and Celtics start bidding against each other. The only one being shortsighted here is Magic with those dumb ass offers he was making

 If I was Luke Walton I would resign after this shyt. Its clear as day his days are up, he was brought in to develop. When Bron came aboard he should've quit to save himself the drama.

Now its Bron vs. The Expendables, most of which don't give a shyt about Walton, and the others knowing they won't be on the Lakers for long.

Bron DGAF about Luke
Magic DGAF about Luke
Team DGAF about Luke

Be the Hero and ensure the Lakers don't get into the postseason by jumping ship.

I want to know what better offers they think they’re gonna receive or are they willing to lose in a trade to spite AD which is bad team management.

Pelicans shouldn’t want to drag this situation out, especially if they can actually get some players out the deal.

Exactly. Pelicans taking this shyt too personal but focus on the business side.

You nikkas are on one. Pelicans have ALL the leverage right now. There’s no reason to be desperate. AD is under contract until July 1, 2020. That means they have a year and a half to decide what they want to do. If I were them I’d wait for Boston. They have better valuables than LA does. If Danny Ainge is willing to pull the trigger on that, despite that fact that AD may not resign once he hits free agency, then that’s on him. The Pelicans are smart. The only question is do they play him or do they sit him.

Pelicans gonna look stupid as fukk when AD flat out tells the league that he wont re-sign anywhere but the Lakers....and they get low balled because of it.

Bruh the Pelicans made it clear from the start that they had no intentions of giving in to Rich Paul's demands and trading AD to the Lakers. Magic made himself look stupid by getting desperate and continuously blowing up their line with increasingly ridiculous offers. The calls most likely went like:
Magic: *calls Demps* So I just heard the news that AD wants out. We'll give you Zo, Kuz and a 1st for AD :steviej:

Demps: Nah, we're good. We're going to wait for the offseason to move AD. Oh yeah, tell Rich Paul I said to go fukk himself :smugdraper: *click*

Magic: *calls back* So you want to play hardball, huh. Alright, we'll give you Ingram too. Final offer :birdman:

Demps: I said we're good :gucci: *click*

Magic: *calls back* PLEASEEE WE NEED HIM BEFORE THE DEADLINE. WE'LL TRADE YOU KUZ, INGRAM, LONZO, THE WATER BOY, YOU CAN HAVE LITERALLY EVERYBODY AND WE'LL EVEN TAKE YOUR WORST CONTRACT OFF YOUR HANDS :damn:

Demps: Throw in every pick you have for the next decade and maybeee we'll think about it. :mjlol:

Magic: BRUHHH I DON'T EVEN THINK THAT'S A LEGAL TRADE THOUGH. BE REASONABLE BRUH PLEASE :why:

Demps: Call up Silver and get him to change the rules then we'll do the trade. *click*

Magic: *calls back* Alright, fukk it then. Come up with a reasonable counter offer to literally every single player we have or the deals off the table. :francis:
Demps: Yeah, we'll get back to you on that *click* :laff: Yo, get Woj on the line. He's not going to believe this shyt:laff::laff:

Offering all of what amounts to :trash: just means you're offering a larger pile of :trash:in the end, I don't know what it's gonna take to get this through some of y'alls thick ass skulls. Why would we voluntarily give up AD now to recreate the 30~ win 2017 Lakers in 2019 when the draft hasn't even happened yet and the Lakers will be crawling back to the table for negotiating once they get slapped in the 1st round ??? Why do you think Magic was willing to dump literally all of these fools at a moment's notice for AD? Because even altogether all they amount to is permanent purgatory basura status! And because the Lakers chances of getting another star FA that isn't AD to voluntarily subject themselves to playing with them and the cancer surrounding Bron and Klutch this summer is almost zero. :mjlol: :scust:

Lol, alright. You're the Pelicans and unfortunately the team has had missteps with two potential HoF players. You think there's some sucka out there other than the Lakers that will give you picks and players comparable to that? I know they're not stats, but it's something. I genuine want to know what Pelicans fans think they are going to get for a guy that clearly is focused on going to LA.

Agreed. They have no incentive to acquiesce to anyone’s demands right now.

He is going there anyway, might as well had poached their roster with draft picks

Now with Bron, AD and the young core, good luck beating them next year.
