If you wait and AD says he doesnt want to play for that team, and thus will not re-sign with that team, then that team has thrown away their number 1 pick who wouldve been under contract for several years. AD has all the power in making teams look the other way. He simply has to say it like Carmelo did and no one but the team he wants will make a go for him. He's doing NO a solid by NOT doing that right now despite all this hoe shyt they doing.

I guess it depends on how serious A.D is about playing in L.A., Because if the Knicks acquire A.D, it's a lot more likely that Kyrie, K.D or both sign with Knicks.

His agent isnt going to do whats best for his client. There is a definite conflict of interest here
