They don't care but if AD is putting out there he's not re-signing to those teams, they're not going to offer anything close to an attractive package.
Celtics saved literally all their assets over the years for AD. Kyrie was the unexpected come up but AD has been the goal, and he doesn't want them. Lol at the completion of this Lakers trade breaking news gonna drop with AD co-starring in Space Jam 2
To be fair, they went through a similar situation with KG in the last rebuild. He initially refused to approve a trade to the Celtics, eventually changed his mind and in the end it was the best decision of his career
That said, I'm not expecting a fairy tale ending this time around

This is to make it seem like he would go somewhere else other than the Lakers.
And People overrate the importance of the Bulls historically.
Outside of 1984-1998, the Bulls have been mediocre.
Guys like AD might not have even been Bulls fans growing up, seeing how Jordan was after their time and the team has mostly been mediocre.
Some people, who have money, might not want to play in their home town because of the close reach of family members who will be begging you for money.

Milwaukee doesn't really have anything to offer besides Middleton who's gonna be an un-restricted FA this summer, I don't see them dealing with the Bucks
Clippers only have some roleplayers they can give up, Tobias Harris is gonna be un-restricted this year as well
Knicks have to debate whether Zion + Knox is worth AD and how many of those max players they'll actually get this summer
