Plenty of rich white people working for some even richer CEO and passing wealth to their kids. Tom Brady worked for someone most of his career, his kids aren't disadvantaged because of it. Honestly this is why it’s best to focus on people who see the vision on how you see fits. I stopped looking at black folks as a collective to save because there seems to be too many lost causes. I’ve opened myself to like minded individuals and it could be any race of individuals. Just because I share the same skin colour as you I can’t expect you to have the same thinking.

Money, guidance and connections is more of a safe bet and usually smoother but folks that didnt have it will hate. But those same folks would do it for their kids if they could.
