...And also lets not forget the "esteemed" Cornel West calling her a "rent a negro". White conservatives didnt hesitate to rally around that hillbilly from duck dive, no matter how offensive his rhetoric, but black men across the political spectrum are shoving racists out of the way in an effort to take shots at her. MHP hardly puts white people on some sort of pedestal, so the agenda against her is pretty apparent.
Ok, bammer, here's the thing: Making fun of a baby should have been out of bounds. Period. If people are not rushing to defend her, it's because of the nature of the offense. It's indefensible. And her and Cornel West have beef from way back re: Obama, so that's were it comes from. I think this is about the fact she stepped over the line and then made a fool of herself crying and apologizing. She should have stood tall, especially since people on the right and the corporate right (and even the corporate left) do this all the time
But what I found funny is that most of the outrage came from the same hillbillies in the south/tea party wing that hated on the Romney family and called them RINO's and elites during the primary. Talk about hypocrisy.
