No I didn't. I'm referring to the concept of BLACK FEMININSM, not FEMINISM, which are two very different things. Feminism is something that came about as white women wanted a more substantial role in the amongst the white male establishment. They fooled black women into jointing their movement, but many black women still have yet to benefit from the gains white women realized from feminism. Black Feminism was designed for what reason exactly? Most black feminists I've had the displeasure of speaking to state that they are fighting the black male patriarchy that exists in the black community. I'm like because last I checked, black males aren't controlling shyt in the black community (to its detriment I might add).
Black people are entirely too dysfunctional of a community to start separating struggles into sexes. Its demonic and divisive and disgusting.
I love it when people create arguments that people didn't make, then debunk them as if they're making valid points.
P.S. and to the idiot attempting to conflate me as some sort of "black woman hater" needs to STFU. I have two lovely BLACK daughters and a loverly BLACK wife. So find someone else for your bullshyt adhominem attacks
Read what you're saying.
FEMINISM is for women.
Period.
Black women can be feminists.
Period.
If you wanna talk about FLAWS of feminism, i'll agree with you.
....but to sit here and say that "black feminism" doesn't exist just makes you look like a fool.
