Thats total bullshyt. Muslims never needed anyone to ostracize them or persecute them in order for them to become radicalized and spread Islam through the sword or barrel of a gun. You act is if they are minding their own business when they invaded Africa and other lands looking to spread their beliefs through violence and genocide.

You are trying to assign those who build empires with Islam, when you've had people of all faiths do it, faiths originating in africa or outside of it. That shows a supreme lack of intellectual honesty.
On top of that the fact remains, you isolate, marginalize, and ostracize a group, you build resentment, hatred, and you set the course for conflict at a later point.
Muslims been in the US, Indonesia, europe, africa, for hundreds of years, it isn't until recently that you've seen the movement towards terror in the middle east and world wide and there is a reason for that.

Every religion on earth committed atrocities and crimes against other religions.
Plenty of africans in Africa voluntarily name their kids islamic names because they have embraced Islam.
Plenty of africans seem to think they are lost tribes of Israel and are christians or jews whatever.

Islam in most of Africa especially West Africa came through trade and it was those West African leaders at the time converted most the population. You hoteps need to stop acting like Islam(and Christianity) were the only evil on the continent and while these indigenous African religions were saints. Those West African states that mostly practiced indigenous religion took part in one of the most brutal slave trades in human history. Also don't get me started on the Ancient Egyptians who were mainly of indigenous faith. So lose this exaggerated "crime against humanity" while generalizing all Africans due to a faith they practice when its more complex. Hell I bet you and all these other hoteps demonizing African Muslims don't need a thing about how Islam spread in Africa.

Its just that today indigenous believing Africans have been on the losing end compared to Muslim and Christian Africans.
