Boule members should have good jobs, it's not like joining a frat or PHA. They actually do look at your employment, schooling, status and of course you have to be DoS to join. At the time, that made sense as mostly everyone was DoS in it's creation. I stopped from joining 100 BM because there process is an actual "process". It's not a, pay a fee and your in type of thing.

Are you planning on joining? I do have one question, why do they call themselves Archons? I did research on them years ago and I seen them in DC, especially in NOVA. That said, there is A LOT more black secret societies than the Boule or PHA. None of them that I know of for doing any good for the Black collective globally either. Especially the ones in Africa.

If you pledge Alpha, Kappa, or Omega went to a top tier HBCU (Howard, Morehouse, FAMU, etc), and have made it to a 6 figure salary you're damn near 80% there.

The Boule and BGLOs arent what they used to be period. There was a time you couldn't pledge a BGLO unless you were high yellow and you came from money. Andrew Young himself said in his book "Jesus Christ himself couldn't make Line for Alpha Phi Alpha" during his time at Howard. My Ex GF is/was friends with Andrew youngs granddaughter, those folks been had money.

That said, these orgs still have that "Black Elite Talented 10th" mystique but I know tons of cats in Frats who work in cell phone stores and stuff like that, and 40+ year ago probably could never pledge a frat because they were too dark and their parents weren't doctors, lawyers, etc.

Rural white families have been poor and used as a mechanism for outward racism since we landed in america. The naacp, MLK and andrew have been saying this for generations.

Even the black panthers realized this and tried to establish some sort of partnership with them to help them understand how they were being used and the lower classes were made to fight over race. The Panthers and the Patriots

Once you do your research on speeches of MLK to the black panthers come back. Racism has been used in a way for classism for forever.
