We'll need chuzpah to be great

Even if they didn't amnesty Brand they wouldn't have been able to do it to J-Rich. The player had to be on your roster when the amnesty clause was put in.
I don't see how this is a bad trade. They got rid of Iggy's contract. That's a win. Took a chance on Bynum. If he doesn't play, it's cap space. If he plays and beasts then good for them. They're still not winning a championship. As for the draft pick, who cares, the team doesn't draft that well anyway and by not having a pick they don't have to pay the player they draft.
Smh
Are you serious really are you serious. IGGY have two years left on his deal and it will raise each yea. Bynum was worth a risk and that first rounder wont be shyt. Harkless a poor man thaddeus young. Sixers made out great. They will have 16 milliom in cap next year and maybe more with the multiple 1 year deals they have.
Jrich contract is heavy but NBA does have ammesty clause.
16 million in cap space cant complain
1 problem, who the fukk wants to live in Philadelphia
1 problem, who the fukk wants to live in Philadelphia
It's a lot nicer than oakland
I've been to both
-pick is protected ... but its still a 1st rounder
-can u explain what iggy did to da city of brotherly love? i dont recall a fan base hating on an 2nd team all defense/allstar/dream team 'er
-again jrich salary defeats da purpose of getting under da cap
16 million in cap space cant complain
It Can Possibly Work In Bynums Favor To Not Play, Teams Will Be Curious To See What He's Got, Eddie Curry Is Out Here Getting Steady Work EVERY Season You Think Anyone Gives A fukk About Bynums Kness? lol
Not Playing At All And Having Teams Think You're About To Crush The League With Your Resurgence On Some Story Book Ending shyt > Playing Like shyt In A Contract Season
Wont Shock Me At All If Philly Still Pays Him
It's a lot nicer than oakland
I've been to both
The problem with the cap space is that Bynum would have been their #1 target in free agency, and considering that they'd have $45 mil on 9 players, assuming they vet minimum 4 other spots + 1st rounder, that's more or less $10 mil in cap space. Barring trades of course, that's not getting you a superstar. They thought they had that in Bynum AND his Bird rights.
