This is NOT for the feint of heart :wow:

Wanna know who won?................ *SPOILER ALERT*

"Merciless" Ray Mercer

Read this article before or after watching this brutality, sheds a lot of light and narrative on this bout.

Sidebar: If you were expecting Ibeabuchi/Tua, as great of a scrap that was, it lacked a certain element of drama this fight had throughout in my honest opinion.

Poor Bert Cooper...dude was one hell of a journeyman/fringe contender in his prime. Nearly knocked Holyfield out, nearly derailed Moorer, and busted up a young prime Mercer who was wrecking cats. When dude was on he was on. Mercer got his jaw broke and everything in that fight.

But for back and forth brutality for heavies I favor Bowe-Golota II over it, but I respect your opinion as always breh :salute:

you are right about the lack of drama in ibeabuchi-tua...because ike was such an unknown most thought tua would steamroll him..that was the beauty of 90s heavyweight action
