Anybody mentioned the Marshall Mathers LP yet?

Because this is seen as the highest-selling and definitive Eminem album, and in a way it is... but it's packed with disposable tracks. Packed.

But it also had "The Way I Am", which was ill... "Stan", which was ill... even "The Real Slim Shady" was the best of his "goofy first singles" and was kinda funny in how it went pop and dissed all the pop stars, "bytch Please II" is dope but I get the feeling it was tacked onto the album and wasn't even originally his track. But mannnnn that album is full of songs that only a devoted Eminem fan who just loves everything he does could listen to and co-sign. So much disposable, expendable, forgotten shyt on it, and yet seen as a classic album.

how is the infamous overrated?

lol, people are just mentioning albums for the sake of shcok value now. :aicmon:

The Infamous to me is one of those rare albums that didn't have a SINGLE weak track on it, the production was great, and P and Hav along with Big Noyd and the other rappers that were featured on it were great.

I NEVER get tired of bumping this album (Definitly in my top 10 fav rap albums of all time) and I consider it Mobb Deep's best work. Hell on Earth coming in a very close second.
