I disagree with OP. My parents are small business owners and pretty much are the only employees. If you ask our customers 99% would say they are the nicest people in the world and aren't trying to screw people over. They also donate a lot to churches, local schools and temples. Not all business owners are there to nickel and dime, but you got to remember that is their only source of income and they aren't making a lot of profits. Our family does okay but we are far from rich
