It's some fukked up shyt...

Had a Nigerian tell me most non-White Christians got tricked into cac worshiping. Telling me how in Nigeria they got portraits of white Jesus in churches :dead:
Growing up I used to go to a church (GA) that hada huge painting of a white Jesus right above where the pastor preached. I asked my dad why that was considering the whole congregation was black folks. He told me back in the old days in the south that's what they were brought up to believe so for bible thumping old folks like my grandmother, if we put up a black Jesus painting all the old heads would be like "OH HELL NAW! THATS BLASPHEMOUS!"They were so stuck in their ways.
Just the way it is:yeshrug:

The $100 million for production, and the other $100 million for advertising?
so basically we can't even afford to make our movies or tell our own stories. what does that say about us? instead we're sitting down waiting for our enemy to do that for us.

Tyler Perry could afford it, but nobody is trying to see the Egyptian women argue about whether or not the Pharaohs are good men and husbands, or if the Romans could possibly be better.

Na try around $300 million. In order for it to be done right, on a "epic" scale. We talkin huge deals for the big name actors plus all the props and CGI effects to keep it from lookin like some ol made for TV shyt. We talkin back when the pyramids and shyt weren't just big dirt covered monuments but big shiny beautiful pyramids that bling like gold. The people back then werent rocking dirty rags but decked out in colorful fancy shyt of that era. Making that happens gonna need some fat checks to fund it.

Tyler Perry could afford it, but nobody is trying to see the Egyptian women argue about whether or not the Pharaohs are good men and husbands, or if the Romans could possibly be better.

I thought about Tyler perry too but chances are he'd fukk it up like you said with some over dramatized soap opera like story line, too many male model nikkaz cast as slaves and unnecessary c00nery or perspective on racism when there wasn't no such thing as cacs back then anyway lol
