Cenk directly said he's against affirmative action. They're both clearly gone. There's absolutely nothing wrong with changing testing criteria so it's more relatable to a larger more diverse testing pool either. I know the nature of a lot of tests have been found to be exclusionary to non privileged white people and to not change that is inexcusable.
By the sounds of the lawsuit from the clip they shouldn't have excluded the pool of people that had already passed the previous tests. Everything else is frankly irrelevant.
The ATC is likely not to blame, the helicopter crew were from an elite team, and the AA crew is blameless.
