And this is why I dont lose sleep about the deportations. Its the blatant flouting of process that has emboldened Trump’s recklessness.

If Democrats dont even pretend to care about enforcing basic laws, then where’s the courage to demand Trump do the same?

for the 100th time; no one is claiming that it's the main reason Dems lose anything. it's simply a loudly visible, supplemental issue, that's an easy win for Republicans, since americans side with them 80/20. and it's a lot easier to say "men shouldnt play girls sports", than to fix the fukking economy, so Dems have no excuse for engaging in such bad politics
