Dude was spot on though. People can't just nitpick their ancestry. Nubians still exist, I see them all the time. A DNA test can actually help with finding your actual roots instead of choosing the coolest one. I wish I was Egyptian too but I'm not. Still proud of who I am though.

No it can't, those ancestry test are scams. DNA has nothing to do with geography for one, so the way the break down someone's roots by geography at the results, that alone proves it's bullshyt.

I work with a lot of Africans from all over Africa. They all look different and have different accents. None of them resemble me except this dude from the Congo. my ancestors might be from Angola or the Congo.

Africa is like Europe. They have MANY bands or families that make up states. As with the Native Americans there were probably well over one hundred distinct groups. It's insulting to the deep verifiable history of AA's. We don't need to be Nigerian, Egyptian, or Nubian to have a rich history and culture.
