Could be but look how your locale is designed. The only bike friendly areas in the Dallas/Ft. Worth areas are spots that are white dominated and they’ve advocated for them. Try riding a bike outside of the cities centers and you’re asking to be ran overI wish america was on board with this. It truthfully benefits all of us.
