If you check the post history and interactions I've had with dude, I have explained various situations to this cat over the past 3 years and he has ignored my claims OR straight up dismissed them.

These people ARE NOT for the betterment of Black lives. They are not for building Black wealth and equity. Hell they don't even like the idea of wealth.

It's why the slip in this crap about density every once and a while because much of this garbage is backed by the real estate industry.

They are for cherry picking statistics, using coded language, and identity politics in order to move towards a world where white people can benefit from the evil of their predecessors, and capitalize on Black people's desire to live in an "equal and fair society, all while our actual power and influence decreases under the guise of "equality" and "fairness".

I don't understand how anyone can be mad at this or think it's stupid. The population prefers to use bicycles and public transit. Why is it a bad idea to invest in what people are already doing? American cities are built for cars(Dutch cities used to be like that too) so then naturally nobody will care here if someone spends millions on underground car parking since roads eat up most of the space in the city depending on where you live.

If you can afford it, it's a good idea to travel and actually see how other people live for yourself and try that shyt out. It's hard coming back to a city focused on cars when you get used to walking and biking wherever you want to go. The relief of not having to deal with dumbass drivers who don't know how to signal or when to turn or control their speed alone is worth it. You feel like a massive weight is off your shoulders when you can just fukking walk to the damn store and come back instead of having to deal with these idiots that don't know how to drive and then trying to get a parking spot.
