EXACTLY!! That is a very valid and true point. And these artists all have worked with the same producers as well. But you don’t see any other artist being accused of stealing sounds.. why? Because they aren’t on top like Bey is.

Yep just look at how many different artist got a platinum track from the neptunes all with that same exact sound. No one got accused of biting.

I’m not sure if you’re familiar with 90’s hiphop but Dj premiere had a distinct boom bap sound where he mixes and scratches old vocals into the chorus, so many rappers got a primo track like that and no one got accused of stealing someones style

For me, the vocals sound very hollow, as if she recorded it in a cage. And I’m also not a fan of using auto tune on some of the songs. The mixing on this double album is off.
