This cat must be high off blue magic. This album doesn't even compare to Nas lost tapes (which the one of the most consistent releases in hip hop period). Life is good was a better concept album than this cash grab for an ok movie.

American gangster has shot up high on my jay list. And it's probably my favourite Hov album to listen to right now. 8 tracks are undeniable. sweet is the best song on there. Jay is the opposite of em. Ems song hit hardest initially and lose resonance with time. shyt it took me 9 years to finally love this album. American gangster.

Blueprint actually showed Jay being the most introspective about things beyond hustling (Song Cry, Momma Loves Me, Renegade)
