Her trying to erase her texts, and wipe her racist views on blacks and Kap in general...smh

He she didn't even render aid, the responding officer found her in the hall, her SGT was the one who told her to wipe her texts and internet stuff cleaned. ALL officers do that in shootings which is wrong..

I still stand by what I said, if this was two regular citizens then this is felony murder, but with her being a white woman and a former officer she will get convicted on lesser charge if the DA/judge allows the jury to convict on other things besides murder. That won't happen until the state rests. The problem with a Murder charge, the line between the former and premeditated becomes vague. But she deserves to be convicted but with all the shyt I know happened behind the scenes, I see maybe a 5-12 sentence at best. She won't get convicted on the formal charge.

*edit* her lawyer sucks and sounds so unsure of himself so far..

Everybody in the world knows this is 100% facts.

But some people like to coddle police. Amazing to me how the folks who are supposed to be professionally trained to handle firearms and high stress situations are given all the excuses in the world. The trust placed in them to wield the power of the badge/gun should come with greater responsibility, instead it comes with a STAY out of jail card. :snoop:
