They preempted it by saying its pointless because she never said his behavior was erratic and that if anything, marijuana smell would be another large indicator of why she shouldve known it wasnt her apt.

Yup. Botham's family has a better attorney than her. He did a good job emphasizing to the jury that it could have been any of us on that couch. Plus she shot and killed him instantly, he didn't even have a chance to say a syllable to her.
