No it doesn't....it wouldn't be incredibly hard for them to prove she planned on murdering him.
Even with the noise complaint, it's just as plausible that she went to confront him about the noise and during that got confrontation got mad and pulled out her gun to kill him. Which would be second degree murder.

Why the fukk would he give her a key to his crib when he didn't even know her? Even if you try to say they were in a relationship (which is bullshyt), I believe he or she had only lived there a few months. Not enough time to be giving someone a key. Not only that, she lived downstairs from him. There's no reason to have a key to his crib. It's not like she lived in another part of town.
