The noise complaint is a motive possibly.

But they'll spin it to say she would nvr take things so far over something so trivial.

THE FAMILY ALLEGEDLY HAS
MULTIPLE WITNESSES WHO HEARD THIS PIG
BANGING ON THE DOOR,
SHOUTING "OPEN THE DOOR"

1ST THEY SAID THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED
BUT THOSE ELECTRIC DOORS
LOCK AUTOMATICALLY.

THERES ALREADY BEEN VIDEO PROVING
THOSE DOORS SLAM SHUT
SO IT COULDNT HAVE BEEN AJAR.

COUPLE ALL THAT WITH HIS RED DOOR MAT
AND MUSIC COMPLAINT...

ITS OPEN AND SHUT.

The Land That Time Forgot
"First, police sources are reportedly indicating that Guyger may actually try to raise the fact that Jean didn’t obey her commands as a defense. It’s not a defense. The moment she opened the door to an apartment that wasn’t her own, she wasn’t operating as a police officer clothed with the authority of the law. She was instead a criminal. She was breaking into another person’s home. She was an armed home invader, and the person clothed with the authority of law to defend himself was Botham Shem Jean."

She entered his home unlawfully, which means that he had a right to defend himself per the "Castle Doctrine."

Because she has been charged with the criminal act of manslaughter (which could be increased to murder by the grand jury), I wonder if they will throw in criminal trespass if it meets the definition by the Texas code?

Even the right wing media is blasting this woman.

Kinda surprised me seeing the NRA say he should have been strapped.

NRA’s Dana Loesch says being “a law-abiding gun owner” could have saved Botham Jean

"This could have been very different if Botham Jean had been, say, he was a law-abiding gun owner and he saw somebody coming into his apartment," Loesch said on NRATV's Relentless on Monday. "I don't think there’s any context that the actions would have been justified. If I see somebody coming into my house and I’m not expecting them and they’re walking in like they own the place, I would—I would act to defend myself."

hypothetically if he shot the bytch he would still be dead:beli:

He didn't need a gun to feel safe in his own home.

This is STILL nothing more than a form of victim blaming.

Whats next? The Army gonna come
Out and say he should’ve been rocking a chest plate and helmet while carrying an AR-16?

So that's the search warrant for the victim's home.

This stood out to me. Paraphrased:

"any contraband such as narcotics, and any other items that may have been used in criminal offense in the residence"
"These items may be of evidentiary value in the Officers Involved Shooting"

In plain language, they're really trying to create dirt out of thin air and use that against the brotha. shyt is too obvious. This is beyond finding mere evidence related to the shooting itself. The "evidentiary value" is clearly towards justifying the cop's actions in some way. If they're able to paint him as a drug dealer, a heavy drug user, or someone that wasn't squeaky clean, a perception shift like that would be enough to sway things in a more favorable direction for the cop. I don't think they're above planting evidence, either. I put nothing past cops nowadays. Look at how they talk about him possibly expecting an "unknown visitor" to explain why the door was partially open. They're trying to infer that some suspicious shyt was going on.

It's not about the cop shooting Botham at this point. It's all about Botham being responsible for why he was shot. That's what they're trying to portray. This is how it usually is with these reckless cops.

They fukked up letting that history of noise complaints come out. If they're true she's done i can get her on capital. Let me paint the scenario. she makes a complaint earlier in the day goes to work does a 15hr shift comes home hears the music goes into her psycho "im white and i say so phase" bangs on his door to open it doesn't even mention the music as his neighbors can testify too because now its past that. Now she wants blood. She's just saying "let me in!" He hears the knocking and shouts looks and see's it her opens the door and she puts two in his chest. That's why his last words were "why would you do this to me" ,over music is probably what he was gonna say if his neighbors heard right. She clearly planned on killing this brother and came up with a story to back her and the dpd and texas rangers are doing everything to help her get off. If she walks in this clear cut case a race war really needs to happen. Im tired of us getting picked the fukk off.
