Shenanigans going on now. The defense which has been quite shytty so far, is trying to narrow the field on which the jury can convict Guyger.

I'm not hopeful for the case.

This line of questioning on the cross examination should probably put the nail in her coffin:

I just got caught up on the charges being included. This is a bunch of bullshyt going on here.

1. Castle Doctrine should not be considered as she was not in her own home and also Jean was not imminently committing a crime when she did enter.

2. Mistake of Fact/Self Defense-I can consider this if she was on trial for criminal trespassing into the apartment because it was hers, but her actions after entering was unreasonable and mistake of fact/self defense should not be considered.

3. Manslaughter- Should not be considered based on what I said in a previous post. Realize if she is found guilty on manslaughter that will be easily overturned in appeals court based on the law.

Lol, by her own testimony, she gave this dude seconds. She entered the room knowing she was gonna shoot someone. Prosecution is right, this important to everyone. Need to end this cops get to shoot at anything that's remotely a threat excuse. It's as if their perception is greater than reality.
