What are they sayingShenanigans going on now. The defense which has been quite shytty so far, is trying to narrow the field on which the jury can convict Guyger.
I'm not hopeful for the case.

They want Mistake of Fact & Self Defence to be allowed to be considered for the jury to think about. What are they saying
They want Mistake of Fact & Self Defence to be allowed to be considered for the jury to think about.
Judge allowed it because she wants the verdict to be lawful.
The defense rested their case so it seems that the trial is in its closing stages.
This line of questioning on the cross examination should probably put the nail in her coffin:
Lead prosecutor Jason Hermus: "For your safety, you should have taken a position of cover and concealment and got help...and, instead, you decided to go in."
Amber Guyger: "Yes, I did go in."
Hermus: "You had a police radio on you, didn't you?"
Guyger: "I did."
Hermus: "Did it work?"
Guyger: "It did."
Hermus: "Did you live two blocks away from police headquarters?"
Guyger: "Yes, sir."
Hermus: "You know that, when you call out as a police officer, the number one thing for every other police officer is to come help you if you say that you need help...?"
Guyger: "Yes, sir."
Hermus: "You know that the response time on this call was about two minutes and bodies were at the apartment...?"
Guyger: "Yes, sir."
Hermus: "So, you could have taken a position of cover and concealment. You could have called for help on your radio and you could have had the cavalry there in two minutes?
Guyger: "I could have."
Hermus: "You could have had SWAT mobilized..."
Guyger: "They could have."
Hermus: "You could have had K9 mobilized... "
Guyger: "They could have, also."
Hermus: "And had you done any one of those things, Mr. Jean would probably be alive today. Right?"
Guyger: "Yes, sir."
Based on the facts and circumstances her defense could only do a bad jobIn addition to Guyger being guilty just by looking at the facts of the case her defense did a real shytty ass job. I would say there is no way she gets off, but we know how this goes for white people.
All your attorneys can make a closing argument there's no time limitHow come the defense is still speaking?
One defense lawyer finished his argument then no neck defense lawyer pops up.
US brehs, is this normal?
The defence closing statement..saying he was smoking weed which confused him wtf
