Like I said, a walking time bomb. Just think about the stuff she was able to erase.

This is so stupid to discuss we already know if she was black and murdered someone white shed be gone for at least 20 years . . .if they cheat us on this dallas. . . Nah texas should burn point blank wtf we discussing? She killed an innocent person due to negligence and was a trained official, did nothing to preserve an innocent life anybody saying anything less than a majority of her life Is a c00n.

fukk her tears if I felt guilty you know what I would do? Ask the judge to give me what they feel is appropriate for the crime I committed and that would be the end of my defense.

Murder is a little bit differ in Texas. You don't have to prove that it was premeditated, you just have to prove intent to kill. She admitted on the stand yesterday that she intended to kill him. I think they have a good chance of getting her on this. If not, the jury can come back with manslaughter conviction.

Remember the Jordan Edwards case? It happened 15 minutes from the Botham murder. The pig got convicted for murder and is serving 15 years in prison.

If that was my son and I was alive at the time this cac was released, he’d have wished the term was longer. :francis:

If there's one thing this case should expose, is the fact that a lot of White cops out here are dying for a chance to shoot a brother. I want to share a little story below about what happened to me last summer when I got this ticket for running a stop sign at a three-way intersection. If you're not familiar with the area, those stops signs can come out of no where. Unlike this three-way intersection, most three-way intersections only have a stop sign for the street protruding into the intersection, especially if the protruding street is a residential street like in this case. You seldom see three stop signs, especially when the main road, like the one I was on, is allowing you to go 40mph, and there's no other stop sign or intersection before this one. I didn't realize I ran my stop sign until I got into the intersection. That's when I put on brakes, but it was too late. Then I saw the cop parked way down the connecting residential street, which was to my right. If I had backed up to the stop sign, you risk getting a ticket for going the wrong way. They usually let you go, do to fact that you at least stopped, plus because they know it's an obvious trap. But no, not this White pig. So as I started to slowly proceeded through the intersection, he came up the street, and pulled me over. So I explained to him I was unfamiliar with the area, and that I was only trying to find the nearby park, so I could get my walk in. What pissed me off was how he heard all this, took my info, walked back to his car, and came back with this "Yeah, take this ticket" attitude. No cop ever gave me a ticket with that kinda rudeness before, not even when I was young. Then knowing this whole drivers license and traffic violation thing is all illegal anyway, made me that much more pissed. Anyway, I told him he was just sitting there all along, knowing well somebody was going to run that sign. He said nothing. Then I said, "No breaks for an old cat, huh". Then I went ahead and signed the dumb ticket. You don't suppose to give those kind of set-up tickets to older people, and I know he wouldn't have gave it to me if I were an older White person. Nobody seems to respect the older men of our race as much, but we respect everybody else's. Anyway, let me get to the real point.

Later that evening while I was at home, I realized I didn't have my drivers license in my wallet. I looked all around the house, and all through my car, but I couldn't find it. I couldn't remember if the cop gave it back to me or not, but it's very rare that they forget to. Then about an hour later, the cop called my house and told me he had my license, and asked me if I could meet him at this bank parking lot, so he could give it to me. I agreed. Then on my way there, he called back saying he needed to respond to a domestic violence call, and he needed to postpone, unless I could get there in a hurry. By this time, I was right down the street from the bank. So when I got to the bank, I saw his squad car parked in the front of the far right drive-thru bank teller lane. So I pulled up beside him and waved, but he looked at me like he didn't know me. So I got out my car and went to his window, and he handed over my drivers license. I was hoping he would squash the ticket after all this, but he didn't. I think he kept my license on purpose, either to check if I was involved with drugs, since my SUV was new and I only had it a few months, or because he didn't like me arguing about the ticket, or both. I may be wrong on this, but I believe him pretending he didn't recognize me a that bank, was him teaching me a lesson, showing how he could have gotten away with mistaking me for a stranger coming at him, giving him the right to open fire on me because he feared for his life. If I am right, then this shows how much these cops think about ways they can kill a brother, and walk. It would also show you the klansmen like mentality of a lot of these White policemen running around out here, something that most of us can't even wrap our heads around. Not even bothering to cancel this trap ticket after he made the mistake of holding on to my license, and not at least reducing it to a warning, kinda stuck out, especially if he set the whole thing up.

Another thing I want to mention is I had my firearm in my holster on my right side of my belt, when this cop pulled me over for the ticket, and when he asked me for my drivers license. This was the first time I'd ever been pulled over by the cops while armed. I had Philando Castile running all through my mind when he asked me to show him my information. After what happened to him, I didn't want to mention anything about me having a firearm. So I just did what he said, and got my wallet out my right back pocket. When I did this, the cop suddenly took a step back. I know this made him grab his pistol when he took that step back, but I didn't look. So when I extended my license out the window, and no longer saw him in the same spot, I acted confused, like " where did he go". This really shows that they have no business or any legal right messing with people on the roadway for petty stuff in the first place. It also shows how dangerous this can be for them, as well as for drivers, especially when there's no legal place to tell a driver where his gun should be while showing their requested information. That's because these stops are illegal in the first place, and they pull over mostly Black people, forcing them to pay their salaries, and other state obligations. It's another form of slavery. But now I'm really getting off topic.

Here's something that could save your life if any of you are concealed carriers, and you get pulled over. I was told if you're armed, already have your driver license and registration out on the dashboard. Don't wait until the cop ask you for it. I will do this for now on. Sometimes it's worth going off topic.

PS. Now you see why they try to delete as much phone information as possible when something happens, which should be against the law.

I'm not trying to be a jerk but I don't care of it was an accident. We all make mistakes and we all should pay for them. A man is gone for absolutely no reason. It feels people who try to make light of this situation keep ignoring that fact. In my opinion she should get no less than 30 years.

Yeah the bytch gotta go.

It happens, I've even went into the wrong building at times when I was distracted, because it's right next to mine and looks exactly the same. But I always noticed before entering the appartment because of some tiny difference like a scratch on the door or something. Which tells me that her story is bullshyt, unless they both rented furnished appartments which looked exactly the same and they both suffered from ocd so that their appartments were both squeaky clean and they didn't have a single personal item laying around

This c00n’s testimony might actually get her off, especially if the jury is predominantly cac :martin: There always has to be one sambo willing to take a bullet for white mommy and daddy. Even at the expense of ostracizing himself from the rest of the community and sounding like an idiot. I don’t trust these juries in these cases they always stack the deck in the cops favor and get jurors that are on code with getting them off no matter how indefensible the murder is

The jury didn't get to hear this...they will decide later if it's allowed on something that's called a 702 rule...
