They can see a racial element, even tho this whole situation took place in a very small amount of time, in a dimly lit apartment...

From the facts of the case...
It just seems like this chick would have shot anything she saw, cause she didnt give whatever it was that she saw a second to even register in her brain...she just started shooting.

Like I said before, this bytch would have killed the maintenance man, a child, her own grandmother.

That isnt the part that's gonna send her ass to jail tho... so I dnt even worry about that part.

To be clear, I think she should be found guilty. I just think a 10 year sentence is fair. Granted it would be some bs compared to the sentences they give us...but from a purely objective standpoint, I think anyone would deserve 10 for this.

Murder is a little bit differ in Texas. You don't have to prove that it was premeditated, you just have to prove intent to kill. She admitted on the stand yesterday that she intended to kill him. I think they have a good chance of getting her on this. If not, the jury can come back with manslaughter conviction.

Remember the Jordan Edwards case? It happened 15 minutes from the Botham murder. The pig got convicted for murder and is serving 15 years in prison.
