Guyger made a mistake of going to the wrong apartment. Botham Jean's door was faulty and she was able to open the door. Her response after was very damning. She shot him without even giving him time to respond. She called her fukk buddy before and after she called 911. She failed to give him medical assistance and let him bleed out. She tried to use the scary black man defence, even though Jean would be well within his rights to approach a bytch entering his home while he was chilling, watching football eating ice cream. Something many Coli brehs do.

My theory is that she was on drugs, Ambien to be specific, tons of people especially cops and especially women abuse that stuff to get sleep (Google the sleep walking effects of Ambien, ppl have done whole set of chores without even knowing it) . She took one before she got home, went into this dudes apartment and her cop instincts of shoot to kill black people first ask questions later kicked in. Killed him and now there covering it all up. Guilty af.

I'm not trying to be a jerk but I don't care of it was an accident. We all make mistakes and we all should pay for them. A man is gone for absolutely no reason. It feels people who try to make light of this situation keep ignoring that fact. In my opinion she should get no less than 30 years.

This is one of those cases where it's easy for this cac get off. She's a cop. The victim is black. The story is it was an accident. People testified they gone to the wrong apt before parked on the wrong floor. People are conditioned to fear black people and killing black people is easy to get away with and no one feels sorry for black victims.
