Is ranger Armstrong delusional or just a token negro who hasn't had his wake up call yet
He saying there are no consequences for mistakes. Which we all know is not true. You can't even use that excuse to get out of a parking ticket. This whole trial is kind of bizarre in that the fact that she entered the wrong apartment and killed an innocent man is not even in question.
This whole trial is about her mind state but when you step back and think about it her mind state is irrelevant. Her actions and "mistakes" directly lead to the death of an innocent man so she is responsible either way. The law doesn't care if it was a mistake.. that's for a judge to use as their discretion in the sentencing... perhaps 20 years for a mistake versus life if intentional. The prosecution needs to keep the focus on the big picture... it only benefits the defense to go into the weeds and make this trial seems about something narrow and hard to prove. They need to keep emphasizing holding her accountable.
