That’s all it is. They want to justify having all them buildings. What’s the point of having buildings with no people in them?Has productivity gone down while workers work from home?
Has profits been in the tank since people work from home?
Im assuming not
Amazon got that building they paying for so they want people in there if they paying money on it and taxes
Yes, lolAmazon was already at 4 days a week and they tracked people precisely too. This just means Amazon needs people to quit, quiet layoffs.
Same here. 2 days a week at work is the perfect mix. I would take a pay cut to keep my flexibility now.Yes, lol
We have a hybrid schedule where i'm in three days at home 2, sometimes I'll flip that, some rare weeks I'll be there all 5 if needs be. Bottom line I am lucky where I work allows u to do what you want as long as u take care of business
He looks like he ate the souls of children or still does
Semi-slave schedule.Who the dumb smart nikka that is booing? The work schedule prior to that was 10-16 hrr, 6 days a week. If just going back into the office got mf’s wanting to commit that, I can only imagine if that was the schedule they were reverting back to
If other big tech companies follow suit, then other companies will bring back 5 days also
I can’t imagine going 5 days to the office
I’m doing 1 or 2 now, and it’s perfect
Even 3 days seems overkill
