Has productivity gone down while workers work from home?

Has profits been in the tank since people work from home?

Im assuming not

Amazon got that building they paying for so they want people in there if they paying money on it and taxes
That’s all it is. They want to justify having all them buildings. What’s the point of having buildings with no people in them?

Amazon was already at 4 days a week and they tracked people precisely too. This just means Amazon needs people to quit, quiet layoffs.
Yes, lol

:russ:

We have a hybrid schedule where i'm in three days at home 2, sometimes I'll flip that, some rare weeks I'll be there all 5 if needs be. Bottom line I am lucky where I work allows u to do what you want as long as u take care of business :obama:

Same here. 2 days a week at work is the perfect mix. I would take a pay cut to keep my flexibility now.

modern humans have the internet and the power to organize mass disruption and make these companies heel but yet most of us are going to read this shyt and express how much we hate amazon like corporations but that prime account is still intact. most of us do not have the fight in us anymore and corporations know that. convenience is killing us. :yeshrug:

so just take a deep breath and accept it. the pandemic era lessons are fading and people forget already what it was like being confronted with your mortality and the meaning of life when you thought it could all end and all you had done was work and pay bills. if you don't learn

have an exit plan for yourself. capitalism will only crash it has no breaks.

Who the dumb smart nikka that is booing? The work schedule prior to that was 10-16 hrr, 6 days a week. If just going back into the office got mf’s wanting to commit that, I can only imagine if that was the schedule they were reverting back to
Semi-slave schedule.

If other big tech companies follow suit, then other companies will bring back 5 days also

I can’t imagine going 5 days to the office

I’m doing 1 or 2 now, and it’s perfect

Even 3 days seems overkill

It's possible,

but then what if you're a tech company that wants the best of the best talent? Or hell, what if some tech employees are willing to take a cut pay cut.

I actually like going into office and would not want full time remote. I work in HW/SW integration and most productive times are in office and I like ppl I work with.

Just wish the drive wasn't so long
