We have a hybrid schedule where i'm in three days at home 2, sometimes I'll flip that, some rare weeks I'll be there all 5 if needs be. Bottom line I am lucky where I work allows u to do what you want as long as u take care of business

Same here. 2 days a week at work is the perfect mix. I would take a pay cut to keep my flexibility now.

modern humans have the internet and the power to organize mass disruption and make these companies heel but yet most of us are going to read this shyt and express how much we hate amazon like corporations but that prime account is still intact. most of us do not have the fight in us anymore and corporations know that. convenience is killing us.

so just take a deep breath and accept it. the pandemic era lessons are fading and people forget already what it was like being confronted with your mortality and the meaning of life when you thought it could all end and all you had done was work and pay bills. if you don't learn

I actually like going into office and would not want full time remote. I work in HW/SW integration and most productive times are in office and I like ppl I work with.
