Kill or be killed.... Amazon is gunning for retail with it's own private label products

What happens if you don't have any money in your account? Or waiting for a check to clear? Getting shot in the back by security and blamed by racist white people for not updating your account before going in the store so you deserved death? ......
They are really trying to shut everyone in retail down. Imagine when this is in malls.
Lol your phone will start to vibrate and play the bad boys theme songProbably won't be able to get in the store or as soon as you pick up a item, a screen in the isle tells you to update your payment source ( like what happens now when you order online and your card is rejected)
Malls? I thought amazon already done killed them too
Naw but for real black friday would be a mess at amazon go
Stores gonna be rejecting low credit at the door
I see a partnership forming with them. If so, bye-bye Trader Joe's and the like.
Funny, in other countries/continents I've been to where they have a strong infrastructure, they never truly advertise "organic."
Hell, unless it's in a processed box, it's organic (it grew--vegetables, fruits, dairy). Funny how people forget:

Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN) plans to remove Just Walk Out technology from its chain of Fresh grocery stores as it continues to tweak its physical retail strategy.
The Seattle-based tech giant said Tuesday that, amid an ongoing redesign of its Fresh grocery stores, the company has decided to get rid of the cashierless technology. It's instead using Amazon Dash Carts, a smart-shopping cart that allows customers to scan as they shop and still skip the checkout line.
Amazon has been revamping its Fresh grocery stores through a series of moves that include installing self-checkouts and assigning employees to customer-facing roles. The company said in November 2023 that it had redesigned several stores and was set to open more in 2024 after pausing expansion for most of 2023. Amazon grocery stores collectively generated $20 billion in revenue in 2023, $2 billion more than the year before, according to regulatory filings.
We’ve invested a lot of time redesigning a number of our Amazon Fresh stores over the last year, offering a better overall shopping experience with more value, convenience, and selection — and so far we’ve seen positive results, with higher customer shopping satisfaction scores and increased purchasing," Amazon spokesperson Jessica Martin said in an emailed statement.
The Information first reported that Amazon would remove Just Walk Out technology from Fresh stores.
Just Walk Out will still be available in Amazon Go convenience stores as well as third-party retailers, which include the three sports venues in Seattle.
Amazon has three Fresh grocery locations in Seattle, one in Bellevue and one in Federal Way.
The company has drastically changed its brick-and-mortar strategy under CEO Andy Jassy, who took over from founder Jeff Bezos in 2021. In 2022, Amazon dropped its bookstores and curated pop-up locations that featured highly rated items from its marketplace. The next year it shuttered its short-lived Amazon Style clothing stores, which had two locations in California and Ohio, and one that may have been planned for Bellevue.
Amazon also closed its last Fresh Pickup store, in Seattle's Sodo neighborhood, in December 2023, a concept made redundant by its grocery stores
