Am I the only one who's tired of seeing Batman beat Superman?

That's what bugged me as a fan of Batman and a hater of boy scout superheroes, but that extends further towards Marvel.

It's really poor writing. With all his heightened senses and relativistic speed/reaction time, there is no way he shouldn't be taking care of Batman in a matter of nanoseconds much less get caught off guard.

To be Perfectly Honest, I'm also growing a little tired of it myself. It's been done, it hasn't been done, Supeman would kill Batman, Batman would shoot Superman with a Kryptonite Bullet, etc. etc. You know and now there's a Movie coming which is Cool but somewhat unnecessary and not so fair to Superman Fans. Man Of Steel has no official Sequel, Dawn Of Justice doesn't count IMO and it's Sad because The Dark Knight Trilogy was just Finished. Christian Bale just hung up his t*ts and yet there's already a NEW Batman...and I get the whole Build Up Thing of Years Coming for Superman vs. Batman but this Movie could have waited and I know that sounds Funny coming from me but I just want things done right for DC in a fashionable order like Marvel did.


Oh Well I guess.

superman is smart in a lot of the same ways batman is smart but batman still has the edge on him. don't get me wrong there have been plenty of times where supes had to use his head to save the day but a lot of the time it just requires him to dig deep down and use his inner strength. he spends more time lifting and punching his way out of more problems than he does thinking his way out of them.

meanwhile most of the time when batman is in a jam he has to use his head to come out on top. he has no other choice.

I don't get it..I mean Reed shouldn't be able to beat or stop Galactus but he always does. Black Panther shouldn't survive any encounter with Silver Surfer but he does. Spider Man wiped the floor with the X men in Secret Wars. They had Norman Osborn blackmailing Doom and Namor in the Cabal shyt via Sentry but THERE IS NO WAY Doom would ever allow anyone yo hold court over him like that. He would of took control of Sentry himself or got an equal Power to fight him to the death...so I don't get what this crying over Superman losing is about. Superman can open his eyes and kill Luthor but he doesn't. That's the point of his character. He's not Black Adam.

guys they are just stories, mostly batman stories at that.

yes we know that some fundamental logic must be disregarded when it comes to the idea of batman fending himself against superman but that is precisely the same reason why we enjoy these concepts and these characters in the first place, because we want to believe.

if you're not prepared to make that leap of faith then perhaps non fiction books might be more suitable.

you know why batman could survive in a fight against superman? because he's batman. end of story.
