We missed out on a Macho Man vs Stone Cold Wrestlemania 18 match before the Hogan vs Rock Match.

Could have had a Mega Powers in black as Heels tag match vs Stone Cold & The Rock.

IMO, HBK passed him when he came back during his 2nd run. If Michaels never came back after 1998, then it would have been Savage all day.

Savage was better at things like selling, and he had better offense, but HBK has him beat on match quality.
