Are you trolling me right now breh?:heh:

Outside of Floyd...GGG has a bigger fanbase than any Middleweight not named Cotto, Junior Middleweight not named Canelo, or Welterweight not named Manny Pacquiao or Juan Manuel Marquez.

my nikka:snoop:
i'm not saying ggg don't have a fan base
what i'm saying is the idea of the fight has been thrown out there but it doesn't have the crazy momentum yet
ppl still looking forward to seeing what GGG can do vs canelo or cotto
if he were to beat them, the hype for A GGG vs floyd fight would be crazy and it would do 2 mil ppv buys

The Sweet Science
The cries started before Floyd fought Pacquiao though when GGG said he would drop to 154 to fight Floyd. Got to the point where Floyd & Floyd Sr addressed it.

Floyd took the easy route, picked an easy fight, will get to 49-0, and he can retire. But let's not act like Floyd vs GGG isnt the fight the public was clamoring for.

Your over exaggerating. Nobody was clamoring for this shyt but a few writers (haters) who were looking for the next bogey man for Floyd to fight after he made easy work of they god. Would GGG vs Floyd be bigger than Berto, hell yes
mainly because you can sell it to people who think GGG will knock out Floyd :mjlol: but this Lemieux fight is his first headlined PPV ever so who exactly was this "public" that was clamoring for him to fight Floyd?

i've always said from day 1, that a fighter that would give mayweather problem is a fighter who is taller than him, has a jab, has power, can cut off the ring, and can fight in a variety of ways. someone like a tommy hearns.

i've said from day 1, pacquaio is too small, has no jab, has bad defense, (he is open to a counter right), he fights too sloppy, is one dimensional and he can't cut off the ring. he in taylor made for floyd mayweather. all his weaknesses our floyd's strengths. i always said his only chance was a lucky punch and even then floyd has a iron chin. we've been talking bout this fight for 6 years on 2 different forums, my opinion never changed. i don't bet real money off passion or who i like better, if i thought he lose i wouldn't put my money on the line

breh here is what yuzo posted about that fight - http://www.thecoli.com/threads/pacquiao-vs-mayweather-official-thread-may-2nd.294896/page-139#post-13201779

it was well balanced on both sides...please tell me how that above compared to what he broke down

@Yuzo (who doesnt stan either) actually did a good analysis for pac-floyd and broke it down

I'll give you Cotto. But no one except boxing heads were checking for Ortiz or Chino like that. I had to tell a dude on here that Chino was probably 2nd most popular Argentinian fighter at that time behind Maravilla.
ortiz had a buzz when he beat berto
and that was fight of the year
ortiz fight at the time was one of the highest grossing fights ever
there was defintely excitment behind it and it had a good build up

u can make an argument about maidana
but broner getting his first L had the casuals talking

homie why are you changing the argument:dwillhuh:
i never compared myself to him
i'm a fan of his posts as well
i told u that i never thought pacquaio had a chance to win
u called me out so i briefly explained why:dwillhuh:

styles make fights

which is why even if it wasnt for the catchweight, i feel pacquaio would always have a easier fight with cotto than floyd did

So...in order for GGG and Floyd to fight at 154, it has to have "crazy momentum" is what you're saying:stopitslime:
Stop it breh, just stop it:ufdup:
Again, you're changing your story aka moving the goal posts per response and think we cant see this?:dahell:

First you said:

name one fighter out there that the public thinks can beat floyd mayweather right now
theres been a long list of ppl floyd has been "scared" of... mosley hatton cotto pacquaio canelo to name a few
at this moment, theres no one out there like that
thats all i'm saying
the public has given up in that aspect

I respond with "GGG vs Floyd at 154"

You move the goal post to:

if ggg wins his next fight in impressive fashion and then beats cotto or canelo in impressive fashion, then the public will probably be calling for floydto come out of retirement to fight him.
don't think we are quite there yet, even tho its beginning to start up

And I respond with they are ALREADY calling for the fight to happen. So much to the point that Floyd AND his Daddy had to respond to it.

You move the goal post AGAIN and say:

we'll agree to disagree
i think ggg is in the middle of blowing up and becoming mainstream
i don't think hes there yet
he hasn't beat one fighter that the public can identify with
but his buzz is brewing

At the end of the day...what did this have to do with your initial statement which was:

name one fighter out there that the public thinks can beat floyd mayweather right now
theres been a long list of ppl floyd has been "scared" of... mosley hatton cotto pacquaio canelo to name a few
at this moment, theres no one out there like that

Behind You
tyson has always been a nut
bottom line is, most of his fans laughed that shyt off and were still fans of his
let floyd mayweather say some crazy shyt like that:francis:
matter fact let floyd mayweather say all homosexuals should be put to death like pacquaio did and lets see if the public reaction is any different:francis:

come on bro

floyd never called pacquaio no racial slur as far i can remember (correct me if i'm wrong)

he made abad joke about pacquaio making him sushi rolls and shyt after he whips his ass:mjlol:

shyt was in poor taste

but again, wheres the sensetively police when ppl say shyt about floyd?

bob arum compared floyd to hitler, never apologized and it was all good:francis:
Floyd called Pacquiao a "yellow chump" in the same vid where he made the sushi comment. Think he called Pacquiao a fakkit and some other sketchy shyt too.

I think he's saying a fight between Floyd/GGG would be bigger next year if GGG were to beat lemieux and cotto/canelo.

just look at Floyd/Manny they made more money now than if they fought in 2010.

You're lying:stopitslime:

And even if I used your post, of COURSE they started talking more about GGG vs Floyd after he beat Pac....that's the whole point of what I said to @seemorecizzy who insists there is no one the public is looking for:mindblown:

GGG vs Floyd is the fight that the public wants to see more than they wanted Floyd vs Guerrero or Ortiz by the way, so what are yall talking about:ufdup:

Yall Floyd stans need to get on the same page, because you're dapping each other, but contradicting each other at the same time:snoop:

You move the goal post AGAIN and say:
floyd once responded to whether he was going to fight andre ward
he answered questions about fighting bernard hopkins
boxing websites are gonna ask him these type of questions, it doesn't mean much

i'm not moving the goal post

your over-exaggerating the popularity of GGG
i'm trying to explain to you that most people do not know who he is yet:wow:

hes building his fanbase, the idea was thrown out there but its not as serious you are trying to make it:yeshrug:
