Is Rusev or Finn really considered a Main Eventer by WWE staff and stan standards

He's not a main eventer but Rusev is a top 5 performer in WWE, easy. Dude can make anything work and get it over, plus he's dope in the ring and doesn't do the "go go go/get my shyt in" bullshyt that plagues the indy style. He would be an incredible addition to a promotion like AEW

I'm talking main roster. I rather watch Rusev have a simple ass match that makes sense than the amount of bullshyt most of the roster has. And I said performer, which means getting over and promos. Which Rusev does best than almost anyone consider the absolute abominations he's had to deal with after the Cena feud
