You know it just came to me, Walt has an out if they go this route, Hank was warned to stop with investigation by superiors, he went around his boss by having Gomez follow Dan the lawyer and have him busted which brought down Mike, now that Hank is on to Walt, he can't go to boss again with the case, but since he starts to force Jesse to help. Walt could plant evidence that Hank was Heisenberg all along, that he used the dea office to get rid of the competition with old partner Gus, he can say he was forced to work for him when his chemist Gale was murdered and that he used his connection with Jesse to force them into cooking, Hank could kill Jesse and the DEA scandal is all over the news with Walt using Saul to discredit him, the grief cause him to lose it and he kills himself. Walt could go on the run because of Lydia being greedy and putting him danger, i jsut don't think Hank is clever enough to catch him outright.

look at this , Lydia is going to be a Tucco like problem.

Whole episode was a mirror of earlier dialogue and events. During the same conversation Walt told Lydia "learn to take yes for an answer". That's the same thing Mike told Walt in Season 4, Ep 2.

The painting Walt seen in the hotel room with the Nazi was the same one from Season 2, Ep 3 when Walt was in the hospital. There's all kinds of stuff like this in the ep.

Walt's gonna take an epic level of L's this season. And I'm gonna love every second of it. :lolbron:
I doubt it, every year you say he is in over his head and every year he comes out on top, will he lose this year, of course because no drug empire last forever, but i don't see Hank taking him down, does not have the patience or brains to do it, Declan or the nazis nope, i think combined factors will cause his downfall but no single guy can do him in, cancer will kil him before anyone on the cast could. Do you really think Jesse or Hank have the cunning or brains to defeat him? Hurt him yes, but totally defeat him no chance.

The poem that Cranston was narrating in the latest trailer was Ozymandias, a poem by Percy Bysshe Shelley. It's about how all empires eventually meet their end, no matter how powerful they grow to be.

Translation: Walt is fukked. Add to the fact that we already know he ends up by himself looking like shyt with only an assault rifle to protect himself, and I don't see how anyone can think Walt isn't fukked.

Walt can still end up the baddest man on the planet. Still King of Kings.

The poem Ozymandias can be interpreted as Man's mortality bringing reigns to an end, no matter how powerful.

Yea Walt is going to die one day, everyone is. All king of kings will eventually be forgotten because time never ends.

Walt can still pin the WHOLE empire on someone else if needs be. He'll become a master of deception to get what he needs. And justify in his mind after

:merchant::whoo:

he might dip to another part of the planet and create a new identity like Gus Fring. :ahh:

I gotta agree. Walt is done. What constitutes "done" is open to interpretation though.

Hank definitely has the brains to end Walt. Hank had Gus shook and this was a man who was 100x more poised and methodical than Walt ever was.

The sole saving grace Walt has concerning Hank, is it would be career suicide to arrest him. So he has to tread carefully.

Jesse? Outright going against Walt probably not. But Jesse has been a liability for pretty much the entire series, so him playing a role (either directly or indirectly) in Walt's downfall is a given IMO.

Then there's Lydia, Declan, the Nazis, and Walt's family. You might be like :wtf: "his family?" but Bryan Cranston brought up a good point in that New York TimesTalk interview last night. He basically said, would dying be the ultimate L? What if Walt lived, and his entire family died? Wouldn't that be a far worse L, considering it would destroy his self-delusion that he did all this for them?

Lastly, like @phillycavsfan mentioned, the poem "Ozymandias". It's also the name of the 14th ep. That can't be a coincidence. That's probably the ep, like "Crawlspace" (and they even used the same music) where shyt falls apart.
