Given the dude’s stoic reaction and physical frame, it looks like it was a Samoan dude who helped pull down the window.
Man, that really is a miracle. Dude may legit have been in a large amount of trouble had there not been someone strong enough to break those windows as soon as they did.

From what I’m reading in the comments the induced coma is standard when there’s smoke inhalation.
I’m almost wondering if he wasn’t speeding at all and maybe the truck caught fire and wouldn’t open. Maybe he hit the hydrant on purpose

obviously dont know the details on the accident so while i'll resist the undeniable urge to bash tesla, he was extremely lucky the window was rolled down far enough for someone to help. the truck's reinforced windows make them very hard to break so even if you have a glass breaking tool and youre trapped inside of it while its burning or filled with smoke youre likely not getting out in time.
He was on his way to the gym for a workout and lost control of the car. He's walking and talking with no long term injuries and should be released from the hospital soon. Source, Gil's Arena.
