Point Blank

I was thinking people were hating until I actually listened to the track.. It's

She's been downhill ever since she started messing with swizz beats.
She mentioned Chicago and gaza right after each other, and then I tapped out.![]()
quoted for truth, I came in here to say the same shyt. had a spark n then she lost it.She's been downhill ever since she started messing with swizz beats.
That marketing department pulled a major fast one on us.I remember when she first came out, they were gassing her like she was a once in a generation artist that was gonna change the game. Classically trained pianist, biracial, influenced by Stevie Wonder and Prince....intelligent, relies on her talent and not her beauty. Etc Etc.
Then i realized she wasn't really doing shyt on the piano besides using it as a prop, bytch cant sing worth a shyt, none of her influences are really present in her music, and she was purely a pop artist. Her biggest crime is that she has so many cac genes, her look started to fade once she turned 30. She was a certified dime, now she is a "attractive" wide assed, flat chested annoyance.
Listen. You know I live to give Alicia Keys the business (I send it, she inexplicably signs for it) but at least she's talking about something.![]()
It's a shallowly simplistic approach that doesn't really address anything substantively but she tried.

It's hilarious how she and many other people in the music industry spend so much time creating a sophisticated, artsy persona while releasing the most simple bullshyt music. She's such a good pianist, how the hell she gonna play something that simple...
You've been in the game for more than a decade. Take a fukking risk, do something different, make a statement. Where are the Madonnas and Stevie Wonders and Tina Turners of this era, artists willing to say controversial shyt or take stands with meaningful music? Everything today is party or feel good anthems.
