It's sad cause her albums have gotten progressively worst. But I'd say the 1st 3 albums were fire. The last 2 were weak:

Good point but Her catalog falls short of some of the Legends like Whitney, Mariah, Janet and Sade. I feel she has a better catalog than Beyonce though.

now they have to hit a home run with everything they release, the music has to be friendly for commercials, movie trailers, promo's, and then they need it to be used for a looooong time after so the labels can recoup their investments
