People won't like this but, I don't mind non-black descendants benefiting from reparations, as every single Afram/ADOS will benefit regardless. This is about lineage so as far as I'm concerned, if you're descended from an African slave that was here in the U.S., it's whatever.

I think you need to at least be a US citizen or have held citizenship at one time.
I see the logic, but what if most of your ancestors went through slavery in America even though you reside in AADOS communities in Nova Scotia, Ontario, or British Columbia or Liberia. Some of the previously mentioned have moved to America and gotten status. I'm just curious as to where they fit in as they carry the signature dna, but grew up/live in another country.
I aint about to hand mfs my DNA, nor do I advise any AA to.

Im straight up AA, and my family on both sides have things recorded of where we come from

I guess it depends on the percentage of non-AA who are descended as well as whether or not 14 trillion in reparations would be enough. There's about 40 million Aframs, so if it turned out that at least 20 million non-AA would benefit from reparations, then hell yes I would have a problem and we'd have to factor in both lineage and race.
