Lets be real here folks. Almost any starting qb in the league would flourish under Harbaugh and that system. Dude is just an amazing coach.
I think you missed the part where he is 5th in YPA. He doesn't have "300 yard 3TD games" because he has a total of 209 pass attempts.
Compare that to Eli Manning (294), Tom Brady (320!), Drew Brees (315) and Aaron Rodgers (294).
The 49ers are first in rushing. We win with our running game and defense. Alex and the receivers especially are much improved but they are secondary.
I'm usually one of the first to shyt on Alex but he's playing well against BAD TEAMS. That's something he never did before. We've all been waiting for him to kill bad teams and he is finally doing it. The problem is he still struggles against the elite.. so how far can we go with him as QB is still a huge question mark.
Again, anyone saying "five yard passes" isn't watching. He's making more plays this year than he ever has.
If the game is on the line and a wr isn't college open, Smith ain't making the throw. He would rather dump it off to the TE or RB for a 4 yard gain on 4&15. Tight windows make that nikka nervous. I can't respect it.
Top 5 QB.
What do you call that pass to VD to win the fukking game in the playoffs vs. NO?
That shyt was into the teeth of the defense.
Log off you fool, do you guys even watch football or just post about it?
How he do versus the football giants ??

lol @ J shifting into mode and nobody noticing.
this dude hates Alex. this thread was hilarious though.
Even then... his TE might just be the biggest playmaker on his team and he hasn't been targeting him at all lately
and I just can't imagine Harbaugh taking Davis out the gameplan like that...
Nah Harbaugh aint taking him out the gameplan but the idea is that people are trying to take Vernon away, and in doing so others are getting open.
Alex is smart in the fact he's just throwing to the open player
that's alright with me, I'm just saying, at one point, dude will have to "throw open" the receiver
I haven't seen him do that
I do think he's making better reads than he used to though...
