This game has the exact same problem Control had. You don't know where the fukk you are supposed to go. I'm just aimlessly moving around the forest trying to push some heart through a hole, when I don't even have a heart. shyt's frustrating.

I took a break after entering the sub, something happened along the way that made me say “aiight its too late for this shyt”
he was the actual boss of the whole place. He kept everything in check and selected the main character to be his 2nd in command, the director. Without him the whole house would have fallen into disarray.
Edit:Or you might mean in Alan Wake 2, I haven’t gotten that far yet if he’s in this game.

Is Quantum Break connected to Alan Wake and Control? Cause I played Quantum Break on XSX, a couple of weeks ago and there's a scene where I saw Alan Wake's name on a magnetic dry-erase whiteboard
I'm excited about going into this game almost completely blind.

i kinda wish we were just killing cultist. The shadow monsters are not it.
Hard as hell to see and hard to know which ones are gonna attack you. And the low health red screen makes it impossible to see whats going on.
