Anybody who had played Alan Wake 1 and playing Alan Wake 2? Is Alan Wake 1 story connected to Alan Wake 2? Is Alan Wake 2 exploration and investigation similar to Alan Wake 1?

That's how I'm playing. 7680 x 2160, Full RTX and Path Tracing. Getting 60fps with almost everything maxed out.

I also have the 1440p OLED super ultrawide laying around in a spare room. I prefer the 2160p. Samsung has really improved the mini-led technology. The blacks are really good. Plus, that 57" is much better than 49." It doesn't sound like a big difference on paper, but it really is a nice improvement. I used to game on 3 monitors, and this 57" is getting close to that. My 4090 isn't happy about it though....

Once they release that 57" OLED 2160p super ultra wide, I'm copping it day one. It's crazy I got 3 super ultrawides laying around in my house

I'm super impressed that Remedy implemented 32:9 day 1. Other devs need to take notice. shyt isn't that hard to implement. When it's not, modders fix it in like 1 day. I dunno why other devs neglect this aspect ratio. shyt pisses me off.

But yeah, that 2160p super ultrawide is next level. I definitely recommend it.

If I were you I would get it on PS5 cause this game supports a haptic feedback dualsense PS5 controller. In the article, they explain how the game supports haptic feedback dualsense like you gonna feel rain when it's raining in the game, etc.

I got it on ps5 about light one up and enjoy some mind fukkery

not that far into the game but I’m glad playing Control and reading the documents means something when playing this game, even little max payne hints too, i never played quantum or whatever that game was called tho
