So, if an AI goes rogue, other AI systems should be able to defend themselves. So the kill switch would be simply turning off the machine, and let other AIs kill whatever the rogue program sends out there.

I'm not really like the idea of AIs, the main thing is going to be is the program going to desire to destroy or build.
